Talk · Attunement

A private place to work out what is next.

None of it is a course. It is a conversation that keeps going, with room to think in between, and someone beside you who remembers.

The Conversation

Unhurried, one on one. You talk, in your own order, about whatever is on your mind. No form to fill in first, no agenda to keep to.

The Reflection

Between conversations, a place to leave your thoughts as they come: a voice note on a walk, a few lines at night. What you say is written back to you, so you can see what keeps coming up.

The Continuity

For the bigger transitions, an ongoing partnership over months, not weeks. Someone who remembers what you said in March when it matters in June.

How it unfolds

From the first hello to your next chapter.

  1. A first conversation

Thirty minutes, complimentary. Is this a fit, for both of you?

  2. A simple agreement

One page: what you’re working toward, how often you’ll meet, how to reach her in between.

  3. Six weeks, six thoughts

One session a week, each opened by a story from somewhere she’s been. A short prompt each morning; a few words each evening.

  4. Your Next Chapter map

One page you keep: where you’re going, why, and your first three moves.

Questions

What people ask first.

Is this coaching or therapy?

Coaching. It looks forward: where you are, where you want to go, and the next step. If something needs a therapist, Natalee will say so and help you find one.

Do I need to know what I want first?

No. Most people arrive knowing only that something has changed.

How do sessions happen?

By video, or in person where you’re both nearby.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is always complimentary.

Start with thirty unhurried minutes.

Choose a time

You can bring someone to your first conversation too.
